Kirkus Reviews on Final Adagio:

“Cleverly constructed murder mystery.”

“Finale with the aplomb of Poirot at a pace more presto than adagio.”

“A well-played mystery for music lovers. Bravo!”

Tonight’s performance of Mahler’s epic Ninth Symphony marks the long-awaited conducting debut of Maestro Auguste Leloir with the Chicago Philharmonic. But during the fading chords of the last movement, a murderer’s obsession with revenge takes the center stage. Can Maestro Leloir unravel the mystery of the Final Adagio before he falls victim to the fierce vengeance of death?

Final Adagio was the Grand Prize Winner in the San Francisco Writers Conference Contest and is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Thank you to the staff at Barnes & Noble who were so helpful and a lot of fun. And special thanks to Camille for setting up the event.

Upcoming author events

Hi,

Local author events are in full swing as we head into the fall season.

I’ll be doing a book signing at the Blossom Hill Barnes & Noble on Saturday afternoon August 24th.

Then in September and October, I’ll be doing book readings in Campbell and San Mateo. And I was invited to submit The Paganini Curse for the San Jose Library Author Faire in November. Hopefully I’ll be chosen to participate!

I’ll be providing more information on upcoming events closer to the dates.

Thank you for your support,

Giselle

Campbell Library adds The Paganini Curse to collection

Hi,

The Paganini Curse is being cataloged for the Campbell Library mystery section (see “Availability details.”) This is great news.

I’m still working on getting Paganini into the San Jose Public Library. If you’d like to recommend Paganini to SJPL, there is a suggestion form online.

Thank you for your help.
